First Emergence, 3/21
The first of my Lupine is seeing light this morning. What's coming out of the ground is pretty large in comparison with the size of the seed. This is an interesting looking flower that will make a nice addition to my perennials.
Another day, another Hollyhock.
I am down one Nasturtium, which I gave to my 4 year-old nephew for his birthday, along with a kids starter set containing lettuce, cucumber, marigold, and sunflower seeds; and a kids book about seeds. Have fun, Ben! I am seeding a new nasturtium now. It'll be two weeks behind the others, but that doesn't matter too much; I've planted so many seeds down there that everything will be ready at different times anyway.
